The favorite waist-side companion is back, and surprisingly chic!

Belt bag comes in many different ways– waist pouch, fanny pack, bum bag. It was popular in 80’s but went out of fashion after that and we can usually see them on street vendors or tricycle drivers who are using them to hold small change. But it was just last year these belt bags made a big comeback and we usually see them on celebrities. In terms of practicality, fanny packs are easily accessible, hands-free, and the perfect size to bring when you’re tired of bringing handbags and sling bags. Wearing one, your upper body is totally burdenless. But how to style this trendy belt bag?
I would like to share to you how I styled my fanny pack during my recent trip in Manila. I always love matching my outfit based on the place that I’m going to visit. Since Manila is big and crowded city, I decided to bring with me street style outfits. I styled my minimalist leather fanny pack with a white inner top and a black pinstripe blazer as an outerwear. To make it look bossy street chic, I opted with white ripped jeans and a comfy white travel shoes. It was the first fanny pack that I owned and I absolutely love the trend!
